of SANTORINI, IOS and MYKONOS
Come join us for a 14 day trip to both classical and modern Greece
where you’ll be touring ancient city ruins, picturesque villages,
charming countrysides, and then have fun at the beach party scene in
Greece on some of the most popular islands! This trip, for ages 35

Greek drink at one of the tavernas in the Plaka area.
Then you start your island
hopping for a 3 night stay on each island- Mykonos, Santorini and
Ios! All 3 islands are known for fun things to do and see and
you’ll have plenty of time to do it all!
This tour has the best blend of sightseeing, adventure, free time,
fun stuff, culture, and socializing all in an affordable package and

Trip Itinerary
Day 1
Depart USA
Leave
the U.S. on your overnight flight to Athens, Greece!
Day 2 Arrive
Athens
Make
your own way to the hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore
Athens at your leisure depending on what time you arrive. This
evening we meet for an introduction briefing and welcome with your
Tour Manager and fellow passengers. Get to know everyone in your
group at dinner. (D)
Day 3
Athens Sightseeing
Your
free day in Athens begins with an optional tour opportunity to
discover the treasures of Athens with an expert local guide. Maybe
visit the Acropolis and first modern Olympic stadium? Later, stroll
the streets of the famous Plaka area or pick up some quirky
souvenirs at the Athens flea markets.
The Plaka is the oldest section of Athens and most of the streets
have been closed to automobile traffic. It is an area of
restaurants, tourist shops, and cafes. This evening, maybe visit the
Acropolis sound and light show or join in a Greek folklore evening.
(B)
Day 4
Athens to Mykonos
This
morning we take a ferry ride to Mykonos, the jewel of the Cycladic
Islands with its beautiful harbor fringed with a cluster of
white-washed houses. One glimpse will have you convinced why this is
one of the most popular and stunning of all the Greek Islands. Upon
arrival we are transferred to our hotel. Grab that bathing
suit-it’s time for a swim! (B,D)
Day 5
Mykonos at leisure
Two
days to explore and take advantage of resort and island life! By
day, relax or swim at one of the many excellent beaches,
stroll through the
whitewashed streets, shop in the boutiques or even take a trip to a
neighbouring island. You can
go to the small island of Delos, birthplace of Artemis and Apollo
and one of Greece's most famous sites. Under the jurisdiction of
Mykonos and situated just 2 kilometers to the west, the entire
island has been declared a national museum. Access to the island has
been made readily available through excursions that leave daily from
the main harbor of Mykonos and some of the more popular beaches. At
night sip cocktails
(or ouzo!) as the sun goes down, join
in the party fun and soak up the atmosphere of Mykonos Town
wandering around the intricate maze of narrow cobblestone streets.
End the evening on a dance floor at one of the island’s famous
clubs. (B)
Days 6
Mykonos at leisure
Another
day to explore this fun island! (B)
Day 7 Mykonos to
Santorini
We have
an early start this morning as we are transferred to the port to
board our ferry to the most impressive volcanic island of Santorini
for our three night stay on this beautiful island. With its sheer
cliffs topped with gleaming white houses, Santorini is a truly
unique and romantic island. (B,D)
Days 8
Santorini at Leisure
Spend
your days relaxing on the beach, exploring the town of Fira with its
breathtaking cliff-top restaurants, take a boat to the active
volcanic island of Nea Kameni or visit the site of Akrotiri - the
lost city of Atlantis? Ride a donkey down a steep cliff, eat some
fresh feta cheese, buy some unique jewelry, indulge in sweet
Baklava, or visit a local winery for Greek wine tasting. (B)
Days 9
Santorini at Leisure
Another
day to explore this beautiful island! (B)
Day 10
Santorini to Ios
We
leave the island of Santorini for the island of Ios. The capital of
Ios, Hora, is the only main settlement of the island and the only to
be constantly inhabited. It is a beautiful traditional Cycladic
village full of lovely whitewashed cubic houses. The island’s port,
Ormos, is bustling with life. The touristy beach resort of Ios is
called Mylopotas. (B,D)
Day 11
Ios at Leisure
Chill
at the beach or pool by day and in the evening enjoy the fantastic
nightlife. The nightlife of Ios
is famous for its
intensity and its variety all around the world. Thousands of
visitors are coming to live the excitement and the great fun
provided by the many clubs and bars of the island that stay open
until late in the morning. A wide range of music from Rock, Hip Hop,
R & B, Techno and Trance are available. (B)
Day 12
Ios at Leisure
Free
day to maybe go exploring to an old castle in Chora and see the
church of Panaghia Gremiotissa, or visit the wide sandy beach at
Mylopotas. Most of the beaches of Ios are almost deserted, without
any rentals or touristy facilities to unspoil their wild beauty.
Fully-equipped beaches proposing all kind of sea sports are also
available. (B)
Day 13
Ios to Athens
Wave
goodbye to Ios and the Cycladic Islands
as we
day-trip back
to the Piraeus port where we will be
met and transferred to our hotel in Athens. Maybe a final evening
together for dinner and nightlife. (B)
Day 14 Depart Athens
Fond
farewells this morning as our tour ends after breakfast at the
