Fly to Europe
Your vacation
begins as you board your overnight transatlantic flight on
your way to London, England!
Day 2, Sun. Oct 26
Arrival in London, England
Arrive into London
and after getting settled (depending on your flight arrival time)
you can start exploring this fantastic city! A local host will be
available to help you make the most of your stay. Please note that
hotels are usually not available for check in until late afternoon
however you may store your luggage so you can start exploring the
lively British capital. Meet your host in the lobby this evening for
a welcome get together to meet your fellow single travelers.
Day 3, Mon. Oct 27
London
After
breakfast, we head out for a
sightseeing tour with a local guide which includes
all the famous landmarks: Knightsbridge with Harrods, the Houses of
Parliament, and Big Ben beside the River Thames, Westminster Abbey,
Whitehall’s mounted horseguards, the Prime Minister’s Downing
Street, and Buckingham Palace. Highlights are a visit to St. Pauls’s
Cathedral, and the ceremonial pageantry of the Guards, if held.
Dinner is at leisure to enjoy a local pub or some
fish and chips! Perhaps join an optional cruise tonight on the
River Thames. (B)
Day 4, Tue. Oct
28
London at Leisure
A full free day for
independent activities to enjoy London. This afternoon you may want
to join an optional excursion to Windsor Castle or the Tower of
London with its spectacular Crown Jewels. Or take a tour to
Stonehenge and Bath…lots of things to see and do….make sure you
research before you go on what there is to see that YOU want to see!
Dinner at leisure and
then maybe a London Play…lots to choose from!

Day 5,
Wed. Oct 29 London to
Paris via the Chunnel!
Meet your host and
transfer to the railway station to board the Eurostar Train which is
the second longest
undersea tunnel in the world
running beneath the
English Channel at the Strait of Dover.
After
arrival in
Paris we meet our tour director at the train station and begin our
day in this beautiful capital of France with a
visit to Montmartre, the highest hill in Paris and
the heart of Bohemian Paris, with time to see the Sacre-Coeur
Church. Montmartre is the last village in Paris and is the home of
local artist, painters, and sculptors
and shops where artists are ready to sketch your portrait along the
street. There are lots of little shops and restaurants as well as a
popular area for locals to visit on the weekends. It also includes
the Sacre-Coeur Church, a Byzantine-style Basilica dating from the
19th century and completed in 1914 and it has a panoramic
view of the capital covering a 50 mile radius.
After a panoramic view
of the city, enjoy dinner at leisure with new friends from the group
and absorb the excitement of an evening in Paris…the City of Light!

Day 6, Thur. Oct
30 Paris
After
breakfast, a full day to explore one of
the world’s most beautiful and exciting cities.
Our included sightseeing
with a local expert will show you many of the best-known Parisian
sights: La Sorbonne, Arc de Triomphe, Opéra, Madeleine, the Eiffel
Tower, the Pyramid near the Louvre, the Invalides, and Champs
Elysées.
After returning to the hotel tonight maybe an
optional cabaret show that Paris is know for!

Day 7, Fri. Oct 31
Paris at Leisure
Another full day to
explore the city that’s known throughout the world for its fashions,
art, museums, delicious food, and culture. So there is lots to still
see and do in this city. Optional excursions to The Louvre Museum or
the Palace and Gardens of Versailles are available today, as a well
as activities on your own or with new friends from the group.
Paris is full of museums, parks, famous landmarks, great
shops and famous designer stores…make sure you research before you
leave to discover the things and places you want to see on your trip
to this wonderful city!
Your Tour Director will have plenty of suggestions
for dinner tonight. (B)
Day 8, Sat. Nov 1
Paris to Bruges to Brussels, Belgium
After
leaving Paris this am, most of today is
dedicated to Bruges, one of Western Europe’s most perfectly
preserved medieval cities. Originating during the defense of the
Flemish coast from Viking attack, and once an important wool trading
port, it now proudly tells the story of art and architecture of the
Middle Ages. Your local guide will show you the Church of Our Lady,
the Market with its belfry, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, and the
City Hall. There is time for lunch, souvenir hunting, and exploring
on your own before arriving at our hotel in Brussels this evening.

Day 9, Sun. Nov 2
Brussels to Amsterdam, Holland
After breakfast this am,
travel this morning through Antwerp and into the Netherlands. When
we arrive we will visit a famous diamond center and meet our local
guide for sightseeing featuring the city’s highlights; Dam Square,
Royal Palace and the Mint Tower. Finally, a Canal Cruise to see
Amsterdam from water level. Check in to your hotel later this
afternoon and you may wish to join an optional Dutch dinner and walk
in old Amsterdam. (B)
Day 10, Mon. Nov 3
Amsterdam
We start the day with an early visit to the
impressive Aalsmeer Flower Auction, where more than 17 million
flowers and two million plants are sold each day. Next, we continue
to the world renowned Royal Delft Pottery Factory with its
magnificent collection of hand-painted earthenware pieces; see
skilled craftsmen at work. Then proceed through The Hague, seat of
the Dutch government and the International Court of Justice to the
North Sea resort of Scheveningen before returning to your hotel.

Amsterdam-Excursion to Volendam
This morning
enjoy the Dutch
capital at your leisure. Later in the afternoon tour the fishing
village of Volendam,
well-known for
its old fishing boats and the traditional clothing still worn by
some residents.
Later, we return to Amsterdam for our
‘Farewell Dinner’.

Amsterdam-Transfer to Airport!
Time to say
good-bye to your fellow travelers! Your homebound flight arrives

Roundtrip
Airport Transfers
are included IF you arrive into London on the
day of the tour starting- October 26. You can arrive into
Heathrow Airport at anytime but if flying into Gatwick
Airport you must arrive between 6am- 11pm.
Departure
transfers out of Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport will be
provided on the last day of the tour only, November 5.
There will be two transfers-an early morning transfer and a
later morning one only. If your flights don’t match those
times you’ll need to purchase another transfer.
Travel
Insurance is highly
recommended. Please inquire when signing up for the trip.
Price does
not include: items of a
personal nature, passports or visas, any phone calls, tips
and gratuities to drive and guides as well as local guides,
and meals not mentioned in itinerary.
A valid
passport is required for U.S.
travelers and should be valid up to 6 months after the
trip. Non-U.S. citizens please check with your local
consulates for required passports, visas or other

Your payment for a reservation
on this trip constitutes consent and acknowledgement of all the
provisions in this Fine Print listed below and in the Singles Travel
Company General Terms and Conditions. Make sure you read both of
these important pieces of information and call us with any
questions. Please fax or mail to us the Reservation Form found on
our website with your reservation.
Per our European Tour Company-
1) Hotels are moderate, basic hotels and not centrally located to
keep the price down 2) Hotels are confirmed 30-60 days prior to the
trip & 3) in the rare event that the Eurostar train is unavailable,
alternative services will be provided.
Payments
are preferred by check (made payable to
Travel Advisors) but credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American
Express) are also accepted.
Deposits
A deposit of $200.00 is due with your booking. The
tour operator would like all deposits by June 27 please.
Final payments
are due 70 days prior to the trip.
Cancellation Fee
and Refunds All cancellations must
be in writing. Cancellations 91 days or more prior to the trip will
receive a full refund of your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee
applied to your credit card. Any cancellations within 90 days of
departure, no refund will be provided. No refund on unused portions
of the trip. After airline tickets are issued, airline cancellations
are per the airline’s policy and are usually no refund, but may be
changeable with a fee.
